We have the tools, experience and expertise to support you to drive whole school change.

We want to support your school to internationalise.

The hardest part for schools is putting together a plan of action.

Your school might have taken many steps to develop Global Citizens or Global Competence – or it may just be at the beginning. At Meg, we run workshops with your school’s leadership to develop and execute a whole school framework for how your school can truly ‘Go Global’.

All of our Professional Learning services are built around Meg’s Going Global – Globally Competent Schools Framework, which outlines Five Key Areas and Two Strategic Supporting Systems.

Each Key Area contains a combination of quick wins your school can implement immediately as well as longer term strategic objectives, which are developed in our workshops in consultation with your leadership team.

Tell me more about Going Global

Step 1: The Initial Consult

To assist schools with a roadmap, one of our experts will sit down with a member of your leadership team and conduct a Gap Analysis on areas for development, focused on best practice for whole school Global Competence.
By focusing on both your school’s current initiatives and where you’d like to go, the Gap Analysis Tool will provide feedback on areas your school is strong in and that need further focus.

Step 2: Start Implementing

From the initial consult, your school will have a clear plan of attack and can either start the process independently, or further access Meg’s comprehensive suite of resources.

Our experts provide ongoing consultancy to support schools to project manage the process.

You can take advantage of several practical supportive resources, which can be applied immediately in schools and classrooms to implement actions from the Five Key Areas. Examples include; Bilingual Classroom and School Labels, Culture Day Guides for different languages and multi-language Globally Focused Text Lists.

Upskill yourself or your staff through our self-paced or live professional learning courses.
